This Privacy Policy describes how TopRep LLC (“TopRep,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the PitStop platform (“PitStop,” the “Service”) at pitstopsurvey.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, dealership/organization details, and any survey responses submitted through the Service. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operational purposes.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the Service, route sales leads to dealership staff, send transactional and account notifications (by email and, where you have opted in, by SMS), provide customer support, and maintain the security of the platform.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number to send PitStop lead alerts, lead claim notifications, and account messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, database, email, and SMS delivery providers) solely to provide the Service, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP) and request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at support@toprep.org.
