These Messaging Terms govern the PitStop Lead Alerts SMS program operated by TopRep LLC (“we,” “us”) for the PitStop platform at pitstopsurvey.com.
Program description
When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated text messages related to new sales leads, lead claim notifications, and account alerts at the mobile number you provide.
Cost & frequency
Message frequency varies based on lead activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again at pitstopsurvey.com/sms-opt-in.
Help
For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@toprep.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
