Getting access

PitStop accounts are created and issued by your dealership’s administrator. There is no public sign-up — you cannot create an account yourself, in the app or on this site.

If you need an account, need your role changed, or have been removed from your dealership’s team, contact your dealership administrator first — they manage who has access. If they can’t resolve it, email us at support@toprep.org.

Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your PitStop account at any time. When we do, your account record and the personal data associated with it are permanently deleted — not deactivated, disabled, or suspended.

You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need the app installed. Enter the email address or phone number on the account and we’ll take it from there.

What happens next

We confirm the request, delete the account and its associated personal data within 30 days, and email you when it is complete.

What we keep, and why

A limited set of records survives deletion where the law or our own security obligations require it: text-message consent and opt-out records (so we can prove we honored an opt-out), security and audit logs, and billing history for the dealership. These are retained only as long as required. Our Privacy Policy has the authoritative detail.

Records your dealership controls

If you are a customer who filled out a survey, some of your information may have already been delivered to the dealership’s own systems — their CRM, for example. Those records belong to the dealership, not to TopRep, and we can’t delete them on your behalf. Contact the dealership directly, and we will help you reach the right person if you ask.

If you dropped off your vehicle

Some dealerships use a PitStop pickup list. When you drop off your vehicle, staff may enter your name, and optionally your phone number and email address, so they can offer you a short survey when you come back. The pickup list shows staff only your first name and last initial, and we never use those details to text or email you. They are cleared automatically once your pickup is complete or the entry expires. An entry expires no later than 30 days after drop-off, and the emptied entry is deleted 7 days after it is cleared.

Common questions

I can’t sign in

Use Forgot password to reset it. If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email us. If your dealership has removed your access, your administrator will need to restore it.

I never got my invitation email

Invitation links are single-use and expire. Ask your dealership administrator to resend the invite, and check your spam folder. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us with the address it was sent to.

I’m not receiving text alerts

Check that your phone number is correct in your profile and that you haven’t replied STOP at any point. Replying START re-subscribes you. See our Messaging Terms for details.

How do I stop text messages?
